When will my pre-order be disptached?
Our stock is due to arrive at our Warehouse in Sydney on the 4th week of November 2025. We aim to dispatch stock as soon as it reaches us. However, due to Sydney port congestion at times your pre-order items may be dispatched the following week which would be 1st week of December.
What if I change my mind before my pre-order is ships?
No stress at all if this happens! We can just refund your order or if you would like to change to another faux plant we can assist.
What happens if I order a plant that is in stock and the other is pre-order?
In this case we will send both items with the pre-order dispatch. If you require two seperate deliveries you can contact us on 0433082315 or email contact@theplantfactory.com.au
How will I know when my pre-order has been sent?
With all pre-orders our dispatch team will provide regular updates. Expect sms & email notifications from our team.
