Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing The Plant Factory for your greenery needs! To make sure you have all the information you need regarding our shipping process, we've outlined our shipping policy below.
Free Pickup:
- Condition: Available for all orders
- Price: Free
- Description: You have the option to pick up your plant orders for free at The Plant Factory. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email with the pickup details
Australia wide delivery:
Please see rates at checkout for delivery options. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that exceed reasonable delivery costs or have been not processed correctly at the checkout.
If you enter the incorrect information for delivery, the customer is liable for paying any additional postage transfer fees to any updated addresses.
*Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes. If you wish to have delivery to a PO box please contact us for a custom delivery rate.
*In the case where our courier partners deliver your parcel incorrectly such as the wrong address, or the wrong item, a 7 day grace period is required for further investigations to resolve the error. A refund can only be issued if 1. The courier confirms the parcel cannot be recovered if delivered to the wrong address or 2. If the parcel has been sent back to The Plant Factory Warehouse & checked for quality/no damage.
Failed Delivery & Refund Policy
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
If you no longer wish to receive your order after a failed delivery, we can provide a refund under the following terms:

Delivery Fee — The original delivery fee paid will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee — A restocking fee of 10% of the order value (excluding delivery) will also be deducted.
Example:
Order total: $300 (plants purchased) + $19.95 (delivery) = $319.95
Refund: $319.95 – $30 (restocking fee) – $19.95 (delivery) = $270.00 refunded
Note: If you would like your order re-sent after it is returned to us, standard delivery fees will apply for re-dispatch.
